Dazed and confused surf report.

Had some size on it at dawn this morning. Blew my first wave and got caught inside for the full brunt of a big set with an extra lump of ice cream on my humble pie. Got some redemption when the swell dropped a bit but that first set left a mark.

Some fun surf yesterday as tide dropped. Waited, waited, waited, and finally got in for glassy head to a little over sets with a relatively small crew. Saw a solitary porpoise too.

You ever get to a point where your feet are so cold it's hard to engage a forehand bottom turn? I do. The board doesn't go on rail and I fall on my face.

slim. that last sentence made me laugh. great description. doesn't happen to me, but still i can relate because i've done the same thing. unfortunately with warm feet.
