I flipped on the surf contest at the end of "Blue Crush." My 3-year-old girl geeked, hooting the drops, jaw-dropping on the waves and asking me all sorts of questions, including if she can go surfing. After it was over, asked is she wanted to watch another surfing movie. She did. I pulled out "Endless Summer" and discovered that even though I bought the DVD too long ago to remember, I had never took the plastic wrap off it. I popped it in and was reminded what a beautiful movie it is. Thanks, kid, for sharing your stoke with an old, dried-up man.
