left home after lunch when the heat started, drove into the fog and put my sweatshirt on.
spot "W" was looking nice (i think) but the fog was a little too thick for my tastes.
met ceedog at spot "B" instead which had a couple hundred feet of clearance from the fog.
small, short period, clean, somewhat soft and almost glassy...fun lefts coming through, mushy rights, pretty much no wind at all
stayed on the same sandbar for about 3 hours with maybe 2 or 3 others out
eventually the fog lowered and it almost got too thick to see but by then the higher tide had swamped out most of the waves at the beach which i shall now rename "the fatherless equine"
got plenty of waves and a good deal of paddling in, headed back, excited to rejoin the sun and heat but glad that I made the drive.
