Concur (maybe)...
Yesterday (if I was surfing)...
(and I'm not saying I was)...
(or that you saw me)...
(or that my wife or boss knew)...
Was pretty fun...
OH sets which...
(had I been surfing)...
Made my choice of a 6'8" quad...
Just about perfect...
Although...
(Had I been there & of the mind)...
A longboard would have worked well too...
As the the waves...
(which I may, or may not, have)...
Surfed...
Were generally pretty soft...
For a supposed 8-10 foot swell...
Watched...
(again, purely in theory)...
The fog roll in about 2pm...
And caught a final left...
Now the week looks like @ss...
And I am glad that I maybe surfed yesterday.

For the record...
I would not have ridden a "Log" yesterday...
That was one of those auto-changey things...
That I think Speelyei put in...
I said a "l o n g b o a r d"...
Likely of the more modern variety...
A log would have been a disaster.

Ho, I've taken more beatdowns this month than all of September and October combined and it's only the 5th!

Saturday: Slogged around for a while, and then took a chance. Was rewarded.
...Only to find out my wife was getting stoned and drunk with PRa and friends all day!

Thanks to all the vets out there, I used the day off to score some juicy (occasional DOH) nuggets with a light SE wind early in the am. Stellar morning, even some sunshine. Time for a nap.

Not too bad out there this morning. Wind cooperated and even blew a bit off shore. Sets started out head high with the occasional clean up and threw a nice hollow section but quickly faded to mushy and chest high on the shoulder.

Just got back from 3 days in the Strait. Surfed a variety of spots, anywhere from rivermouths, pointbreaks and the occasional beach break. Checked them all. Regulated on some dumb @ss MOTHER f@#kers who cannot seem to follow simple rules at local breaks.

All in all, ton of water time, waves ranged from significantly overhead to knee high and way better than working or doing anything else.

I love November!!!
