I'm probably going to hit Agate tomorrow. Looking forward to getting in the water. Best of luck and good rides for all who make it out this weekend!

Agate looked really good last night. Didn't surf it though cause I surfed another spot that was firing. Yeah firing. Took about half an hour to figure out the rhythm and line up. First wave, the offshore wind held me up and I ended up dropping in late, which resulted in a tube ride. That set the stoke level for the rest of the sesh. Surfed until I couldn't feel any of my appendages. The whole time this outer mysto sandbar that I've never seen before looked really good but a major paddle to get to. Which is what I surfed for about 4 hours today. Had to go for it cause it could be gone tomorrow. Got some well overhead waves that were every bit as good as they looked like from the inside bar. And I am now officially surfed out. Gonna soak and read in the tub now.

Nice, pra! Good to hear you had a great day on the water 8)

I went to Agate about 10:30 or so in the a.m. Was expecting a big crowd but only a couple of folks were there when I showed up. Swung back by around 2:00pm and the place was packed. Wondered if they knew something I didn't about the conditions, or if they were just waiting for the temps to warm up. Hmmm....

I caught a couple of really good rides, one of them one of my best. I rode it out long and was able to make turns angled against the wave. Probably basic stuff for you all, but for me it felt really great. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to really recapture the magic after that. Had a lot of trouble with the east wind blowing spindrift back at me pretty hard. Felt like I was getting sprayed directly in the face with a fire hose every time I tried to catch a wave. I have enough trouble with my pop-ups, I don't need any blow back pelting and stinging my face in the process.

But there are no bad days in the water and I was happy I got out. Spent Sunday kayaking with my wife, so got out and enjoyed a different kind of day on the water. Hope you all had a good weekend as well.

Worked remotely for the end of the week last week. Honestly didn't get much done at least on Thurs

Couple maintenance, couple fun ones. Lots of randos working all surprisingly being surfed by some type of crew. Lucked into one session in particular at a spot I haven't surfed in quite some time. Punchy rippable chest to head and really lined up for a good hack or two.

Had to head home Sat after a so so AM go out, but wish I coulda stayed for the good tide window and the rest of the weekend. Holiday parties, swim meets, and choir performances..... Dad life getting in the way again. :x

Another week of straight fire and no reports?

Where the F is Doc? Does he even surf anymore? Was Gazsurf breaking boards? Did Spent sesh his favorite toss spot? WTF?

December to remember? I think I am going to remember work. Speaking of work did Prabra get a job?

Unfortunately no. Pretty embarrassing to be honest. Have been getting waves though. Probably surfed this one spot the best i've ever gotten it My best wave was pretty big and fast. Pulled in on a high line and didn't even come close to coming out. Other than that, sucking at real life with a lot of interpersonal consequences. Doing my best though.

Don't be embarrassed Pra your scoring! Someday you'll look back and be like, glad I was unemployed back then. That said, get a loan and buy Ocean Pulse. Then you can get paid to be a surfer and live the life you love. Heard its for sale.

Looks like the sunshine offshore daydream has come to an end just in time for the weekend  Swell drop my open up more spots for the not so loc'ed out guys. Kids fall swim season is over and no holiday parties this weekend. So its The Last Jedi tonight and and on it for the weekend. Stoked.

Found a pretty tantalizing peak yesterday but didn't feel like the long paddle alone so met up with some OSPers, SmithG and Nash. It was either mushy north or unpredictable south. Ended up south and had the beach to ourselves. There was a small window of sketchy drops and then the outgoing tide tore it to shreds. Still felt satisfying.

Looks to be small and E winds again next weekend. Hoping to squeeze a few in.

Yeah Pra....you will get your job, super confident that the right time/right place opportunity will present itself.
Glad Major and Spent have or will be getting some.

X Squid- three weeks off bro? Damn....that sounds awesome.

Hockey with my youngest is taking a ton of time for me right now....but all good, I will never get this time back so rolling with it.

Had to fuggin work Sat AM. Rip corded to realize I forgot my boards just past tunnel. Had to turn around at the 217 exit and sit in stupid PDX traffic on a mid weekend day! Fuggin hate the shitt hole the roads have become. Got to the coast grabed my buddy and we made the best out of low tide sesh. Worst session I've had since summer at a summerish spot I haven't surfed since Sept. Barley rideable. Dumpy close outs. Kinda like skating curb or something. Had to be super quick. Made one steep drop to semi workable backside wall where I grinded the lip of a section coming at me and rode it out from the top of the wave to the trough. Haven't done that one in a while. Felt kinda cool. Nice to be outside in nature at the least and we hiked out in the dark. Yest different spot dealt with a treadmill rip and frothing locs. Was able to wrestle a handful of good ones that bowled up nicely and time to set up a fairly vertical snap. Tried to wait out the stupidly high high but once it turned, suck out didn't make it much better. Went home and hung out with my kids. Hoping work fuccks off later this week with peps and their Xmas BS.
