No, Im not back in the water. No laying down water time would not make my cat meow. Yes, I would say fukno. How could I do one if I cant do the other? My lung is ruined, not my stander upper. If any of you people who asked me this knew me you understand me telling you to fukoff right now. Why go there?

I dont care if you chose to be a sponger, In real life, I dont judge you....but Im not showing you around and Im not happy to go surfing with you. Id rather go alone. Try and make me look like a weasle all yuou guys want, Ive always sort of been a cocksucker about who I surf with. I prefer surfing with men, mostly longboarders, between the ages of 35 and 60 who have been surfing for half their lives. I would categorize the 2 year expert shortboarder with the sponger, and if asked if I would take them surfing with me I would give the same no. And I would feel fine about that.

You guys who seem to think Im wrong for feeling this way, half of you surf at PC and the other half dont surf at all but post pictures of epic surf 'closer to you then most of us drive' but you never have surfed it, you only surf when you come home on vacation....to PC. To you spongers are a way of life and a normal occurance, to me they are a growing problem in my lineup. They are in my way and waste my waves. There are beaches especially availbale for them in westport, they have no business where I surf.

There are three things Im picky about and hold high standards.

Surfing, men and p*$$y. I would never be with a jackazz or a stanky snatch, so why would I lower my values on surfing?

Would you take me to your surf spots if I was body surfing wearing nothing more than Rum Lasher's banana hammock and smeared a can of tuna fish all over my body?

Christ. It's called a HYPOTHETICAL. Fuk your lung and your stander upper. You're going to turn down water time.......because it means laying down and not standing up? Good. Less crowds.

How many times have you paddled out......and sat there. Not caught one damn wave.....but the one you paddled in on......and didn't care 'cuz it meant spending time in the water? Never? Bullsh!t. ...oh....I forgot....all you guys are rippers and have EPIC sessions every time you paddle out.

Like I said....

My way or no way.

To each their own.

Perhaps, to each their own.

Call me out if you will for not being in the water as much as I like these days. So be it. The profound difference though is I can tomorrow make the decision to go back to it. You cant. And in doing so I will do what I need to get a wave. If I didnt have about 15 boards hidden all over and had nothing else, I'd be all over a body board. You on the other hand choose to turn your back on the ocean. Thats core......
I chose to see something different in life. On my terms. Does that make me less of a surfer? Maybe to you dear. But making a judgement based upon your ideas here, sorry to say darling, you might be a "surfer" but you certainly are not in tune with the ocean. Not a waterman/waterwoman or whatever the case may be. Im not claiming to be one at all, but at least I am open to take the ocean and waves on whatever terms I can.
And you know, just because it doesnt get posted doesnt mean that it doesnt happen.
Have a nice time on the beach watching others get a smile.

Honey, you have become a rather cynical and, ah, angry b*tch since the wreck, ease up, its all good...
and I gotta laugh when you get all "local" on a spot you live three hours away from.
Get real, get human.

Interesting post? Where I'm from most the spongers can stand and surf on their boards. They get deeper in barrels, can catch airs, stand up and crack lips. In fact they prefer this sort of vehicle because they are less expensive and they can put themselves in stiuations most surfers wouldn't...I say be kind to the speed bumps its all surfing...

I don't know about where you surf Honey, but I rarely if ever encounter boogers in the strait. Maybe the odd one at a beachie on the coast though they're usually kookin it up in the wahite water. Only seen one in the few years frequenting the strait. And the one I did see could surf, granted he wasn't popping aerials or el rollos or drop knee 3's or whatever else they do, but he wasn't in his way, and I didn't regard him as anything else besides another person in the line up.

The one thing I have seen in the St, is a lot of folks paddling out to reef breaks on rented equipment and sitting on the inside getting wiped out by sets, belly riding down the face of good waves and being an obstacle course for the first 3 turns of your wave as you usually have to dodge a few of them. With the bigger storms we've had recently it's kept it somewhat in check but I think a line up with 10 people 3-4 who are above their heads and cannot surf is more frustrating than a line up with 20 competent surfers.

I don't say anything to these folks cuz I'm not a local, I'll usually just aim straight for them and spray them in the face, usually that scares them and they end up going in... or at least make an effort to stay out of the way.

I appreciate your love for your "home" breaks we all want to keep things pristine... But I seriously doubt any of your south strait spots are gonna be dominated and over crowded by boogers anytime soon...

And I think it's sounds pretty silly to claim them as your waves, they're nobodies waves, they don't belogn to me you or anyone else no matter how long they've been surfing that spot. The fact that you're out there and surfing should be enough, and is this story even real? Is it a hypothetical? Cuz why would you even say you're gonna bring someone surfing with you if you're not currently surfing? Regardless I don't think anyone is a problem in a line up as long as they know the rules, are courteous and try to stay out of the way, the only exception may be yackers because they do not have the ability to duckdive or turtle when a set comes through which often makes them a danger to others....

Why are you being so mean? I don't get what sounded like a know-it-all. I really think there is a difference between body and boogie boarding, and I do know of a jerk at BV who likes to chase people away. What else did I write?
I refrain from writing all the time because I don't think I know enough to chime in.

Competent meaning that you follow proper surf ettiquette. Paddle past me and the lineup to be deepest at the peak and I'll try my best to stuff you. Drop in on someone and I'll stuff you for the remainder of the time we're there. Cause if I bring you, you reflect on me. You don't have to be great just competent.

Won't even comment on the Yakkers.
