25 yard pool

6 x 200 (odd=150swim/50drill; even=150swim/50kick)

100 drill

4 x [4 x 50 back @ 1:00 (desc. 1-4)/ 300 @ 4:00]

200 ez

4 x 100 kick @ 1:40 (w/fins for lazy fukkers)

200 ez

Total = 4100

500 swim
200 kick
300 pull

4 x [25, 50, 75, 100, 100, 75, 50, 25] @ :30 interval
1st set = free (fast)
2nd set = IM drill
3rd set = IM
4th set = IM kick

100 ez

300 pull

200 ez

total = 3600

Felt that old familiar twinge this morning. Breakfast = ice & advil.

Nmm, did one of your swims tuesday night. It went horrible I tasted my dinner for half of the swim, IS THIS NORMAL?

-- 1-4 descend
-- 5-16 hold @ pace
-- 17-20 descend f/ pace

200 ez

8 x 50 kick @ :50 (use fins if you're a lazy fukker)

300 cool down

total = 4100 yards

A note for NUTRITION for natives. Stop eating the white man's food! Whole grains, fruits, very lean meats, and vegetables. A more traditional diet is best if you are able to mimic it. The classic european diet is detrimental to our health.

No running today. Ran 5 miles and lifted yesterday in place of surf. Drinking a bud right now. Got baby girl bringing me a sixer.
Eat Sleep Surf Jiu-jitsu. Repeat.

3 x 300 @ 4:45 - steady, long turns
3 x 200 @ 3:10 - neg split steady
3 x 100 @ 1:45 - 25 fast/75 ez
3 x 50 @ 1:00 - descend 1-3...to fast

100 ez

12 x 25 kick @ :40 - odd=ez/even=fast

8 x 50 @ 1:00 - 25 fist/25 build

200 ez

total = 3950

American diet is basically European. Fat fat faaarrrrrt! Mmmmm ssschnitzle! Mmmmm Sausage.......yummy cabbage soaked in pork fat. Cheese dripping off of fatty meat. So healthy.
