ditto on this today. All in my master plan to drop 8 inches on the eight foot board and be ready for hollow fast spots next winter. Still chasing the barrel....

Ran 4.5 miles, lifted for 45 minutes. Drank three budweisers.

Worked from 6-5 creating documentation for my back up at work. Walked out of my office and caught MAX to airport with the crazies. Drank a 32oz hefe at Gustavs. Now I am waiting for my flight down south to surf and catch a Shooter Jennings show. I'll workout tomorrow.

Long story short: Nmm feels she looks bad because she has NO naked johnson (none at all???), Gills went back and gave handicap kid seconds at an abnormal future, Spanky has smithgrind as his personal man bather and in the end.....Gaz talks sh*t about Wilko, who secretly talks sh*t about him.

Doc doesnt follow.

i have found that running every day and hitting the gym for like half hour to 45 mins makes me feel better in general. for surfing i would say lots of reps not so much weight, you wanna build endurance muscles that can go for a long time, not get totaly huge and be able to lift a car off the ground, then have a heart attack. eating good food is also important, but i am not saying that u should eat only salad or shite like that. I've played sports for highschool and college and the secret is to just stay away from junk food and fast food as often as you can. once and a while won't kill u and i would def rule beer out as being unhealthy lol :lol: . at the same time tho surfing is still the best thing u can do.
everything in life can be explained by a surfing analogy (alcohol helps)

Surfed for 4 hours Thursday at Tamarack. Surfed 6 hours at San O today. I am tired and sore. No leash = great workout.

ran 5.5 miles today and burned extra calories yelling at some railroad guy who was upset that I was running by the tracks with my dog. Started to shadow box and sing 'eye of the tiger' and then started insulting him in german until I decided that my dog wanted to leave the altercation.

ran 6 on the wildwood trail in forest park. Warm, muddy, rainy. Dog had a blast. Some super runner, running past me, said, "good job," probably referring to the fact that I have a belly and still run. I want to kill people like this. jackass. Do I have a tee shirt on that says, "Help, need a life coach?" Screw yourself buddy. SOME of us have to work hard against genetics to be adonises.

SooLoo and I have a great diet we've all been working on.

No eating all week.

Eat as much chicken as you can on Sunday, then 4 Bacon cheeseburgers throughout Monday.

Topped off with a keg of IPA from local brewery over the 2 day period.

and coffee. And bacon and eggs and hashbrowns and glazed doughnuts.

Then spend as much time as possible leaning on car(van) hood in parking lot.

Heckle people, repeat.
It always gets good after everyone leaves.
