An hour of private instruction in yoga today. Boy did I pick the wrong day to not shave my legs.

Despite all the strengthening workouts I do.......I really don't have very strong core muscles. Had to hold a headstand with my legs parallel to the floor (basically a 90 degree angle). By the time I was done......I wanted to crawl back to the locker room and cry.

I pulled weeds for 4 hours. bent over at the waist approx.120 degrees, sweating in my eyes, got dog poop under my right thumb nail, that sucked.
All ya gotta do is ask for it.
