In my haze of sickness I mistakenly ate a bite of not so fresh red ground meat thinking it was carrot cake. Should I be worried? I quickly took in a mouthfull of vanilla vodka and swirled it around then spit it out. I am now typing this waiting for the cold sweat to set in. I'm also drinking a Pelican IPA which is not unlike gasoline.

Thank you in advance for your advice.

On a related note, yesterday as I was hacking several ounces of phlegm into the toilet, I noticed the color was very similar to that of the water at seaside.

Six weeks and I am 90% over my cold.

Why did my kid whip through it in like 5 minutes?

I hate kids.

Okay....time to hit the gym again. My 12 month physical activy abstenance and overeating sabatical has proven way more fruitful than I ever expected.

Surprisingly, after working for 10-12 hours, I that 2 hour nap on my (now fishy smelling) couch did not seem to improve my physical well being as I had planned. Neither did the junk-food diet, and increased smoking.

I attempted to thwart these poor results by boosting my sleep deprivation by staying up too late watching American Movie Classics and CSI reruns while consuming 5th meal TM.

Amazingly, these activities or lack there of have not payed off either.

So a return to the way things once were is at hand.

I sure wish they would make a pill for this.

I also wish they would figure out a way to can it. If you know what I mean.

Details and boring in[ut to follow.

Right now it's nap time.

I think I have found a workout to get me back in surf shape since my ankle sprain. Cardio combo, my teacher in crazy and intense. It is only an hour long twice a week but it is full body sculpting and cardio in one workout. You are sore after every class. The best part is I even get a college credit for it.

If you can figure out how to turn to the side while using this to work your obliques, I recommend it. I can't explain it thru post but if I can find a picture example I'll give it to you all. I think its helped my stability and turning in a big way.
