Very glassy suprise swell, consistently good for the day. Love the deep channel for the easy paddle. Gotta have been kissing the head high range at it's peak...... 3/2 weather, I'd pull the booties but I'm a wuss........

Because it was suggested to me.....that I needed a good swim today..... to make sure I'm ready for the paddle out at TA's when it decides to turn on......

Here's today's beatdown prohibiter.....

50 meter pool

8 x 100 choice :15 RI

8 x 150 @ 2:45
~ 2 times through ~
#1 last 25 strong
#2 last 50 strong
#3 last 75 strong
#4 last 100 strong

(I did the second set backstroke)

100 ez

8 x 50k @ 1:20 (desc. 1-4)

2 x 300p :20 RI (1st ez/ 2nd steady)

6 x 50 @ 1:10 (25 ez/ 25 fast)

200 ez

total = 3600 meters

I've done nothing for exercise this week.

I'm thinking of maybe walking downstairs to go #2 instead of down the hall though.
