So unexpectedly sick last night. Glass, friends, lots and lots and lots of waves. Best birthday waves ever. Followed by drunkenness on the beach. Who could ask for more?

sometimes, when the waves roll in, people paddle hard enough to catch them.

sometimes, when Poseidon lobs mellow underhanded slow pitches, people don't put any effort into paddling, and they don't get to ride waves. Poseidon can only do so much, folks. At some point, if you want to surf, you need to paddle like you mean it.
