I vacuumed about an acre of carpet today and lugged in like 500...(well, 50 anyway)...chairs out of the rain in Gearhart so a bunch of golfer can track mud onto the carpet and sit in the chairs tomorrow...

Then I drank a bunch of beer...

I checked e-mail too...

that was tiring.

Also.....

Some of us have discussed "cramping" and possible remedies. An interesting article that may set you in the right direction.....?

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/02/14/health/nutrition/14BEST.html?ref=health

I generally cramp during swim workouts....usually the feet....sometimes a calf or hammie....and generally toward the end of my workout. Thirty-five years and I haven't found anything that prevents them. (hydration, potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc......pretty much tried it all....to no avail.)

I dont know if it matters, but water solubility is a factor I like in my food.

when I eat at my folks house, you might as well try and wash silicone caulking off the plates. Its good eatin, but I know that stuff's not breakin down in my system. They have their hot-water heater set negligently high, and it doesnt even come close to melting off the gravy.

As I was washing the dishes tonight, i wased pleased to see that regular old hot water effortlessly melted away everything we cooked and ate.

What do you call it when the coffee cup and hot coffee touch your balls?
Sooloo is still trying to come up with a name for it.
