Whoopin' my own @ss in the gym on a regular basis now.
Bumping up the inensity at a steady pace.
No more languishing on the stationary cycle for 30 minutes to only have my heart rate raised by the 20-something blonde on the eliptical machine in front of me.
Nope, it's now 30 minutes on the step-mill and 30 on the treadmill followed by various lifting routines.
Still fat as hell, but less fat than I was.
Driven to enter the water again.
Driven even more just to stay alive.

old skool calisthenics pyramid this morning:
2 6 10 14
2 4 6 8
4 8 12 16
4 8 12 16
~~~~~~~
14 10 6 6
8 6 4 4
16 12 8 8
16 12 8 8
warm up & conditioning to start
then...
push ups = 68
pull ups = 42
db rows = 84
push press = 84
conditioning to finish it off
...all before 6:30 a.m.
(i didn't barf....but i really wanted to)

I don't recommend it...
But it does work.
