since we are obliviosly tearing the hawaiian culture limb from limb by using the shaka...

...then lets create some of our own culture, our own handgesture so people from HI can unwad their panties and not have to deal with the horrific, insufferable mental degredation of us mainlanders using a simple hand gesture that so incredibly obliviously is the sole property and domain of only those who were born and raised on the islands and can trace their lineage back to king kamama....

The Oregon Sucker:
how about the thumb and middle finger and you have to suck on the thumb and wiggle the middle finger at the same time instead of the shaking back and forth with the shaka?

try it now, you'll need some practice

we've got the word nelscott, and this new hand gesture which we'll call the oregon sucker or just, the sucker, as in, your a sucker for thinking theres surf in oregon

i throw a shaka to all cars with boards. I love it. The person who gives a happy shaka back is the unusual instance. Most just seem confused.

Have to admit the stickers are quite annoying. Polynesian Hawaii, European Hawaiian or just plain Haloe. They always seem to be on these jacked up trucks too? Man you Hi's love your big @ss trucks.

As for the shaka, well shaka got played long time ago brah. Like when mustached Tom Celic started throwin em on Magnum PI. Even TC was gettin in on it that shite.

And spend enough time on the coast and you'll realize Oregon does have it own unique surf culture for sure. Sometimes I think the middle finger is Oregons shaka. The Or-oha is often as cold as the water.
