Seems my swizzle shape isn't totally from the future.
Hawaiians were shaping boards with radical sidecut a long time ago.

I sent these photos to Tom Morey and he responded with an email explaining.

".....No, not everything been done before, rather... the formula, the
template, plot, scheme, shape and so forth of everything already
exists... has always been. "

I ride magical twisted unicorns to the dark lands of regret and anxiety-inducing anticipation. I left my wife and child for the fantastical streets of Oakland only to be swept up and away, ever further from my grounding and reality.

tom at ocean pulse has concocted some pornographic roundpins for a few of my amigos and they're surfing better than ever so i wanted in on that. 7'4" for buttpucker days.

greg griffin 5-fin (cheesegrater) modfish 6'3" in eps. only been wet a few times so far but i'm falling deeply in love (the pervert kind).

basic board from both shapers started at the same price - which makes the ns board a bit cheaper if you factor in 5 vs 3 fins. but then i had him make it out of eps (add $80) :( and shipping ($85).

those 5 dorsals sure are beautifully foiled and stiff as.

i'm expecting the eps to last a looooooong time like my stretch has so it's an 'investment' in my future. after surfing the lil freak, i'm all :P

stoked to check out what you guys ride over there. must be some good days for the shortboards and mini-guns. was really surprised to see 5 fins in that board. it's not meant to be ridden as a either/or a quad/thruster?
