I agree with much of what's in there.
I also think that it's interesting to see how when the "locals" are asked about why they localize (in the US) they get that shaky voice, lack of eye contact, posturing look which is a dead give away that their arguments are on shaky ground. They are protecting something or claiming something that's not quite theirs to claim and they know it. But they recite, verbatim, the same old stories and the same old arguments that have been used for years even though it's clear that they know they are reading out of the playbook rather than thinking their actions through for themselves. When people don't think for themselves and act in a reptillian way as a local or in anything else, I call BS.
