yeah it sucks huh. No surf, skiing is crap too. I remember a winter like this around 4 or 5 years ago. Its depressing. I tend to do a lot more drinking and sleeping in...

agreed... I am now road cycling and running all the time to fill the void. Hopefully there'll be something in cabo when I am there in about a month.

Remember how good last January and February were? I can't believe how many hours I logged in the water over the winter right before cabo. This year, I'll probably have forgotten how to surf by the time I get down there and have to rent a longboard.

Winter always has its down time no matter what phenomena they try to tell us were in. Just an excuse to work and fix my boards for the next run.

I just experienced Orange County transform into the Oregon Coast overnight. There is a God and he hates me right now...

I feel your pain (and your rain), but I think it's time to get out of the "cabin" for just a little while.

Eh, I got one day of fun HH surf at the Newport Pier on an crusty, crunchy Terry Senate 8'2" egg I found in the garage of the house I was staying in,
so someone was looking out for me...

find god at the bottom of a can, it's cheaper than the options presented by spent.
