History, art + culture of surfing type face needs reworking.
Actually so does main face of the logo.

Very nice. I'd buy the print version if I ws it on the stands. Love the absence of Billabong ads.

This seems to be a popular formula lately. There is another one I have seen that is exactly like this.

I like the absence of pop ups for the sickest new boardshorts with wi-fi technology or whatever they are making now

Great...another pompous magazine that allows the reader to continue to live in the delusion that they are part of the "elite", the "more-soulful-than-thou"...

The literary equivalent of wearing black board shorts and riding a 'real' fish.

I'm trying to picture myself in board shorts. Not a pretty site.

It will be what you want it to be I suppose. I've never been very interested in surf media because it's all the same with or without ads.
Pictures of people we have seen 10,000 times riding a wave often accompanied by 28 pages of ads on both sides of the pic and short article. Amazing.

I'm more inspired by the people-less photography, pictures of dudes showing off their 'O' face as they pose for surf mags is old.
