Didn't make it. Had a wicked hangover after the Leeward surf grand opening party Thurs eve. Ended up doing a bunch of blow. Was doing lines off a beautiful Gary Hanel twin keel hauler with a bunch of nicely dressed Millennials. That coupled with a bunch of free wine and I was like hanging 20 bruh! Closed down the Sandy Hut and missed my 6am ride to the coast to do some login with my buddy Cheser. After 4 hours of driving and a few of logging we were gonna cap the day back in the city with a few brews at Up North Surf Club and then roll down to Evo to meet Mark Mcinnins, but never got out of bed. Been to like 4 or 5 surf films and parties recently yet haven't surfed in like 2 weeks.

I was going to try and see the McInnis show as well....his photography is some of the best in the country. Ended up having to be back east for work and missed it. Would love to have some of his work on my walls at home.
