I know several heads who go with 7's. 5's work too. But during upwelling events and mid winter east wind cold snaps, I prefer 7. Really not a huge difference between 5 and 7 as far as board feel IMO. After all feet are in the water the majority of time and are the steering wheels of the board therefore I don't mind toasty tootsies.

Got some 4mm Needs Essentials boots. Been great. Haven't worn anything else in months. might get some of their 6mms but will likely be dead with everyone else before they are needed. I guess, who cares? Why have a savings account anyway?

Get that YOLO sled now. Five sessions. If it is no good chuck it on the fire and get another on the credit card. Nothing matters but I love it.

4mil and 6mill. Interesting. Needs bucking the 5-7 standard. I looked at those. Look close to Xcel. They look decent, but didn't like the gap on the spit toe, bound to break like my xcels did. That said, they were still fine after big toe broke apart. Perhaps we should be holding on to our YOLO's and YOLO'ing Nplate or some other forms of anti-radiation meds so we can YOLO after the fallout with no crowds? Might just be what surfing needs right now :?:
