Vans Triple Crown was pretty entertaining last night. Big ol waves non-stop at Sunset.

Women's comp had a lot of pump-down-the-line in rifle barrels at Honolua.

Nailed it....I went to Maui (HI) for the first time in my life last October. It happened to be flat as shite but I didnt even care. I was there for a wedding but I would have rented a board and surfed if there was anything to ride. I am a cold water surfer through and through.

Yeah I've spent some time on the islands, but when the same swells are maxed out. The conditions are shite and days are short and seeing boardies and bikinis.... well its just surreal to me.

Had the opportunity to go to Kauai last year for a few days. Also got to surf Hanalei Bay on a 3'@16 swell. Blows me away how you can see the ground while your dropping in. Anyways, I ripped so hard that the mayor and Bruce came out and offered to rename the island after me. I was like "nah that's cool" and then flew home.

It's an island, brah...there's always something to ride. It may involve using the internet and driving around which sounds
like a hassle to me.

Hmmm... something that requires the internet and then driving around... are we talking about surfing or something else?
