Not sure why they are holding on to this site or domain. They could probably sell it for a decent amount of cash.

Surfing in the pnw is an act of desperation. Why else would you drive 150 miles for fickle waves?

Haha true. Seems like it was pretty consistent there in March.... but now that I think about it haven't surfed in weeks. White wave has been firing and the crowds and kooks have fuked off for the season, so I have been enjoying that lately. Late week is looking pretty solid swellwise. Hopefully some of those nuggy sandbars don't get wiped out when all is said and done.

Port Angeles douche bags.... Actually people were really cool for the most part.

One PA frother was stoked on a right that he has 'never seen work like this,' as he and I traded waves until sunset. Nice to know I suppose. And my what a sunset. Rad scenery for sure. My performance at the stand out left was pretty lackluster though, so I'll probably have to go back next winter for redemption... Four sessions in four days, good seafood and the novelty factor made it worthwhile, even if we didn't get the spot we really wanted.

Kind of over the mid-length for now though which was the only board I took up there. Its great at the spot I got it for but getting a little boring elsewhere. Next Strait Mish should involve a longboard and roundtail shorty.

A real surf report! Yeah you never usually get the spot you want and almost always end up at the same spot... at some point. Kinda over that spot thou. Not that its not a good wave, but doesn't hold a crowd and can often be the only show in town esp now another spot is closed off. I've had it with just a buddy or a few other guys firing like probably a decade ago now so kinda jaded.

Boardwise fish or groveler.. something skatey to rip up long walls if you happen to find them and a HPSB with round/pin tail for some of the hollow spots. If its LB its shortboardable somewhere else.

Havent surfed in weeks or maybe even almost a month. Afraid to look at my surf calendar. Rough couple weeks for OR surf. Oh well.......
