Is it just me or have the mosquitos gotten ridiculous on the coast recently?

Not on the actual beach. In fact even in the costal forest they weren't to bad this past weekend, although they were around to some degree. Been so dry they weren't even that bad in the Cascades a few weeks ago when I was up there.

Didn't really think about it until I saw this post, but I've definitely noticed them out lately around my place. Got a few bites on me right now, probably from taking my dog out at dawn/dusk.

Seems spot dependent. I got chewed up the other night while ditching the costume post-glass off-- the place strikes me as excessively buggy this year. Other zones have been average near as I can tell.

Think it would be the opposite. The Valleys are the swarming blood sucking parasites.

Skeetos have been feasting on the females in my house. It’s December, for Christ’s sake!
