Want to jump on the twin train in 2022, but where do I start? MRXMayhemCaliTwin? RNF96? TrimcraftWillsFish? Stretch2Win?LocalShaper? HomeShape? T+Trailer? TrueTwin? Thinking something fishey, swallow, yet somewhat HP :?: :?: :?: :?: No mid, twinpin, or retro.

How hard do you plan on shredding this twin?
Staying 6 feet under surf and shred?
Your backyard fish is a twin sooo what more do you want?
Trailer box is a nice option IMHO but neck deep will shine you the second he sees it.

Nope backyard is a quad. Template was taken off Pavel Rainbow thou that had huge marine ply keels. I've ridden the Pavel board enough to know its kind of a novelty. 6 and under fosho and something that wont be a disadvantage in the mostly combat surfing we now see at most of the usual's. I trust MR more than ND. Jus sayin.

The other Tommy on a Twin in average surf. Surf 'em off the tail is right.

I considered the Bobby Quad for my 20 yr bonus YOLO but went with the Rocket Wide squash in Spinetek, with Standard Glass (S Cloth upgrade) Noel says, can be ridden as Thruster, quad or twin + 1 trailer really well...

Bobby Quad looks sick though.

Very nice. I had my eye on swallow tail version. Fondeled a used SpineTek at GP a while back in my dims. If it had 5 boxes would of been a go. That will be a good time and good OR SB. I've designed a few B Mo Quads, but have yet to pull trigger. Tempting for sure.

That CI board builder will kill loads of down time at work...

Can't tell you how many hours I killed, tweaking Bob Quads, Pod Mods and Rocket Wides... Giving myself headaches over dims and litreage. I landed on a stock 6'0" Probably won't be ready until April at the earliest...

Can we stay in the two lane, please?
This is a Twin conumdrum. ML needs a brah to grab the wheel and get straight.
Here's a consideration...commit to a pair of fins (with or w/o trailer) then have
a board shaped for the fins.
On second thought, you could request a Booby Twin and see how
that rubs Britt and the boys.

Salsa still dodging a Booby quad review. Not a good sign.

Stock MRCaliTwin came into the X hairs recently. Can't pull the trigger just quite yet, but with balance not due on TPat Synth84 until June, there's a decent chance. Lack of good surf is also not motivating for YOLO. Perhaps before Kauai next month.
