It was a sad passing for certain.

Best set of @ss-earmuffs I have ever had.

My list of bars I have drank in recently:

Logged an overtime shift at the Kenton Club last Saturday then followed up
with a closing 1/2 shift at the Mock Crest. Bands, beer and floozies.

Last time I was in "Sportys" as you call it: I sat at the bar tallking boats with the owner and someother regular. Names escape me. Worked my way over to the pool table to flirt with some recently divorced gal. Was going well but she was with her her brother and had to leave( yeah I know). Woke up when one of the bartenders took my 1/2 drank Corona out of my hand at closing time( yeah I know). Manuel

Jesus Doc, that's pretty impressive for a pandemic pub crawl. I haven't been to a bar since 2019.

Wouldn't mind a quite Welsh pub, with a nice fire and unfriendly locals so I don't have to talk, perhaps a pint of Brains Black, room temperature with 1.5cm of head. I'd slowly sip my pint staring out into the radioactive Irish Sea, dreaming of the lefts of Llwyngwrill or perhaps the mellow reefs of Morfa Bychan south of Aberystwyth. The occasional cheer for JPR Williams, Ieuan Evans or Gareth Edwards interrupting my surfy day dreams.
Pink Floyd and Single Fin Logs.

New Baerlic location opened recently on Alberta so have been hitting that here and there. Nice outside seating and vegan taco cart for all you soy boys and girls.

Jinx on Killingworth is one I hit every now and again, most recently on mothers day.

Meet Tex at McPete's on Fremont for Kraken hokey game back in Dec.

Circle Jerks X 7 Seconds show at Roseland was all time back in March. 1st real show I've seen and had been ages since I've been to the Roseland. Kinda sketchy scene afterwards. Sorta reminded me of 9:30 in DC where I saw this same show back in 88.
