Negotiated a week, ten days in Feb. (probably late Feb/ early March)
Where should I go?
I'm kind of poor and kind of suck but like to ride shortboards.
I'm thinking it will have to be Mex/ Central Ameria or some mysto Van Isle surf camp deal...
Ideas?

Panama is rad that time of year.
7ft @ 9 secs on the caribbean side (Bocas del Toro) is at least 6 to 8 foot faces.
Swell is really consistent in February/March.

Which leads me to believe his negotiating skills are not so hot.

February is one of the best months to travel.
