What pisses me off...........

This forum is for SURF topics such as localism and rants that are usually negative in nature. If you're a baby, complainer, or generally think you're right and everyone else is wrong this is the place for you. PLEASE NOTE, all forum rules still apply, but just a little more liberally enforced. Registration is required.

Getting a text that reads, "Going off!" on a day that I can't surf.

Spending days having to learn about Immigration Laws. It really is a pain in the rear and there are so many parts to it. And when I dinish I just get to sit around and observe other employees till I leave for training.

Brushing up on my interrogation and questioning skills at least. 1 month till Maryland. Well at least I get paid.

Yeap. Spent Saturday brushing up on the WAC and federal codes, ICS incident management, interrogation/questioning techniques etc. All in all, not a relaxing weekend.

Being 10 weeks out from my wreck, still not being able to put weight on the foot, not being able to start PT (due to the “rarity and fragile nature” of the breaks), still being months away from walking and much, much longer from surfing, skating or shredding. Mix in that I am “feeling” much better, the weather is great and I am going nuts. Now I just booked a trip to Hawaii for a wedding, and knowing I will be there and not be able to do anything fun (surf, mtn biking, hiking, janitoring, not even diving), and Aaaauuugghhhh! This fuhking sucks!

I'll be bummed with ya. Just rolled my ankle last Wednesday. It's not like what you've got but I won't be doing anything for about a month.

Forgetting what the "Flavor of the Hour" thread was about with a crap load of co-workers around watching a company webcast. Sweet.
Boardriding is about timing and style...It’s youthful, active, casual, and free flowing. There is no wrong way to ride a board. The goal is simply to learn, progress, improve, and give it your own interpretation.

Pra-aggresion- I had an ASO brace when I sprained my ankle. They are awesome and not bulky. My specialist loved them. I think they would almost fit over a wetsuit bootie.

SSW passing right past my doorstep and giving me nothing but the wind. Driving to surf is soooo Oregon.
