Ive been getting some consulting work lately.

If I had it to do over again, I'd do it differently.

The consulting business down in So Cal is about the only place where it lets me stay local Mon - Fri. Doing this sh*t up in PDX had me on a plane every week. It's nice to come home and feed the dog and surf every night!
Boardriding is about timing and style...It’s youthful, active, casual, and free flowing. There is no wrong way to ride a board. The goal is simply to learn, progress, improve, and give it your own interpretation.

I'm stoked that reality can be a misconception.

?

That statement must be sepecific to your industry? Been in consulting (environmental-computer-engineering) for almost 10 years now and the competition is fierce here in PDX.

Have you tried hicking out of falcon cove? great fishing about half way out. I've caught lots of bass and some 4lbs perch tossing 3" berkley gulp minnows. The last time i fished there i landed a 26" ling. You should give the place a try but watch for the tide when your hike back to the beach.

Wow, Dub's got my back! Easy my good man...

That's a good idea Jerich. I have started including the fishing shizzle, fins, mask, and snorkel in the surf cache, in case there isn't any (surf). I have mostly just fished the jetties, but there's a lot of coves and ockpiles I want to check out, and fishing's as good an excuse as any to go.

Scored another 96% on my test. I really hate maggots and catepillars now. Now I have to learn a heap load of beetles.

Wilburette leaves this weekend.

http://www.nwyouthcorps.org/youthcorps.html

Several weeks of living out of a tent, working on trails, forest improvements, wildlife habitat.

Wearing a hard hat, gloves, and workshirts.

Learning to build teams, to lead, and how to care for blisters.

Kind of jealous actually.

For those of you with teens....I highly recomend checking out these programs.

I have to admit...I find it sadistically satisfying that she has to leave early on the day immediately following the last day of school.

Enjoy the Summer kid.
