my almost 3 year old is obsessed with clothes and clothes 'matching'. she will sneak away and tear down the entire closet if she can reach the stuff, try everything on one by one and thorw it all around when she's done.... VERY annoying... gotta follow her around like a dog picking crap up..
When you know, you know; you know?

Not getting to surf once again. Had to travel for the kid.
Realizing that I now have to care for the dogs myself for the next several weeks.

Having it rain again today was not that bad.
Going fishing and not even getting a bite...well....that's why they call it 'fishing'.
Having trouble keeping that very old 6 hp Seaking I got off of a budy running...well..hey it has not been ran in 10 years.
Getting a $287 ticket for not having a life vest on board...well...I rolled the dice on that one.
But pissing all over the bathroom in a spastic post-coital spray and getting it on my bare feet....not even cool.

You just have to work on your angle Wilbur; there has to be some strategy... like a game of pong.

I got mine, high cascade 119a. Seems a lot of folks aren't into walking...3,000 tags and only 2600 applicants or something like that. I'm hoping to do an eight day solo trip, that'd be the longest self-contained pack trip I've ever done.

thats always a possibility. the reality of it is though, that you can structure a trip that keeps you in the backcountry but puts you in close access to a lot of established trails. For instance, the sky lakes wilderness is bisected by the PCT and criss crossed with trails. We'll see... so far, the critters have eluded me.
