Skating the super secret Nehalem halfpipe with some peculiar, home-school, communal farm living young man. He looked like he belonged to a cult, didn't stop smiling and wore his denim shirt buttoned up to the top (no tie). Anyway, he just sort of hung out and talked about his chickens and learning to handle heavy machinery on the farm, while I repeatedly fell on my face...

He also offered me four young ducklings to take back to Portland.

Then when he left I told him, "Take it easy." He laughed maniaclly, looking at the sweat and blood on my shins, raised his eyebrows and said, ,"You're the one who should take it easy.'

After he left I finally got a few proper backside airs, hung up one last time face first to flatbottom and then went surfing.

I've spent the last 5 months looking for a quality pup for my family. In December we moved to a place where the owner told me I could get one.
I couldn't get one from the pound becuase i have 2 daughters under 10 years old and the history of pound dogs is rarely known. When I came across Rocky (now Rocko), he was on Seattle's Craigslist. I met some other people who said they got thier pups off the site so I gave it a shot.
The thing that drew me to him is I wanted a boxador that was child-proven and the family wanting to part with him had a 1 year old he was great with.

As soon as he saw me he attacked me with licks then layed down on my feet, so I guess you could say he chose me rather than the other way.

But he did try to commit puppy-cide

beef rib left-overs at regular intervals for the next several weeks.

a cozy spot at the foot of the bed or on a neighboring couch.

a massive injection of the green-hammer-slammer-kablammer rolled and placed between the toes.

ease back into the swing of things.......it will feel different at first.

I don't think it kicks in until next August, so I'll have to go part time, borrow money, and get a job like everyone else. It's no Endless summer though. It's Summer right now and I'm doing schoolwork from 8 in the morning to 8 at night and sometimes more. It's freakin hard and getting worse! I'm looking forward to working. Work is easy.

Going to the pantry..
Opening a can of mixed nuts...
Pick only the almonds..
Eat them all.

Just when I think I have them all.....
shaking the can and finding two more.

Put lid back on can...
put can back in pantry.

Lay on couch.
Scratch nuts.
Your electric car runs on coal. Think about it....
