Not sure why but I always have to suppress my gag reflex every time I see a sweeper in the line up.
I get your approach to it Doc....I think that long distance paddling and a SUP workout on flatwater is great.
And if I saw Laird sweeping at my favorite break I would probably be stoked.
But in general I have just about zero confidence in people on SUP boards in the lineup especially when they go yardsale right in front of me trying to make it outside or loose control on a wave. Those boards are effing dangerous if/when kooks are riding them.

Though Doc's shoulder is making me sad at the moment.
WK, did you watch Hue Jackson break down in tears after the Raiders nearly lost that game last week? Was he effin' sad or thank jesus glad?.....input, please!
