Classified Section

This forum is for SURF topics such as localism and rants that are usually negative in nature. If you're a baby, complainer, or generally think you're right and everyone else is wrong this is the place for you. PLEASE NOTE, all forum rules still apply, but just a little more liberally enforced. Registration is required.

Classified Section

Ok what gives? I thought that the classifieds on this page were for surf related gear, but I keep finding nonsurf related bullsh&t clutter. If I want to buy a new mother board for my computer or get a job as a typist, the OSP classified is the last place I will be looking.

I am not sure if this falls under moderators job description or editors but either way it would be nice to see that stuff dissappear so when I check for a deal on a surf board or wet suit I do not have to sort though all the nonsurf related garbage.. I check the surf classified for SURF related gear.. not for used cribs or chainsaws.

I see you're still a collector of fine 9'6" surfboards.

Actually moderators don't have admin rights to the classifieds.

i thought about it and decided it doesnt really matter to me becuase if i'm looking for something and someone i know off here has it.. i'd probably buy it becuase i kinda know you better than some random person from another source. Better to buy from friends than people you dont know.
maybe there should be a thread just for miscellaneous(sp) junk?

Actually I was interested in a 8'6" Walden Magic 2 if I can come across one.. or perhaps a 9'0 Infinity Rad noserider.. you have some sort of fixation on 9'6" boards? I hear they have meds you can take for those kinds of things

I say the classifieds should have categories for all kinds of sh*t but under no circumstances whatsoever should a F%*n camera be under the "surfboards" section. it really chaps my @ss to have to look at that crap.

i'M with Warranty999.
I see no problem with having other stuff on here as long as it's in the proper category.
Many of us skate and snowboard etc etc.. One mans trash is anothers treasure.
Now when Loli and Trula start putting personal ads on there I draw the line.
I personaly have a couple new snowboards I'd like to sell but don't post because of the surf specific page. But maybe I'll do it now since this thread has started.
Kinda hard tellin not knowin. .
