10 & Under Short Course State Championships (swimming).....this past weekend.

The V-man swam best times in all events but one...& he was only a tenth of a second off that time. Qualified for Sectionals (Oregon Washington Idaho Montana Alaska Hawaii) in 5 events....next month.

JGarding Jr. also had some great swims!! Oregon Top 5!!!

Went to the Wonder to catch Ryan Bingham Saturday night and was blown away by the warm up band 'Silent Comedy' out of San Diego.

Just at the market, had my little girl Hotsauce in the cart parked at the end of an isle when the sweetest, cutest little grandma bent beside her to grab something off a low shelf...My girl starts yelling "GRAMMA FWARTED!
