If it's any consolation Doc, you will probably be back in the water before me.

I imagine that would be of some consolation to everyone.

now that Occupy PDX is about to collapse I will once again have to endure the vagrants, bums, druggies, and slackers staning on the offramp with their stupid signs looking for a hand out.

Perhaps a "No Staning" ordinance is in order.

I am pretty sure that their "Union" will not tolerate such an Ordinance.

I hate winter. I'm not "allowed" to surf in winter. I don't have it as bad ad Doc. That sucks man.
The service here sucks.

I overrode the doctor's orders...
They clearly have different rules than I do...
Of course, 20 foot swells...
Have different rules too...
Haven't gotten too wet of late...
Pissing me off.

Spraining my left ankle for he second time in my life. Standing around chatting with coworkers after a 5k and went to step backward off a curb and rolled it. I'm off for the rest of the week now and have to get released by my dr before I can return to regular duty. Hopefully headed back to Oregon in the morning for some R&R if my ankle will stop swelling up.

Ankle sprains/shoulder seperations....generally suck. One time I was playing hoops outdoor down in Texas, blew my ankle out so hard that people told me they could hear it pop from the sidelines. The problem with these injuries is that they keep you out of the water. I am finally at that age where I have to seriously consider the other sports/activities I used to do and the risk they pose to keeping me from surfing.
