the forest i work at has had plenty lately. saw a forked and two 4-pointers the other day...wouldn't mind putting any of em down.

deer seem pretty rare where i hunt..theres been a really bad predation problem for a few years now. we used to see em all the time. i know its not because of over hunting because were one of two parties that hunt the area. my buddy is hunting elk on the oc this year and hes pretty stoked. i guess hes been seein a grip of animals whenever he goes scouting. id like to try it but it is such an investment of time to learn new areas. abd the out of state tags are taxed as hell

put in for tags over here in Halfway, Oregon. I know where they pin up in the fall.

seen a cow and two calfs sunday..actually heard some strange bugling in thew woods already and i dont usually hear that kind of stuff till mid september ish..my mouth started watering. been doing alot of shooting and ii have to say nothing will escape fate with me in the woods..tight groups..real tight..so tight
