an S-ton. I hope to be in the middle of something like this on New Years with the wife. But hope is just a word and in this case it's used sadly:

Personally I think she's extremely strange looking and not at all attractive, but someone here may get a rise from this pic, who knows.

let's get one thing clear....

I am....

feminist
girlie girl
bull bitch dike
man lover
obese
exercise bulimic
ugly
sexy
angry
raising my son to be a wussy
gentle
smart
graceful
witty
klutzy
dumb as a doornail
not nipped tucked or sucked
fitter than most 20-somethings

SO.....when i see this shite posted from a 20-something-howdy-doody-of-a-guy......

It makes me angry.

BS....when you're finally a 40-something-year-old lady.....we'll sit down & discuss this. Until then.....shut the f@#K up.

Though her perceived dual standards make me want to punch babies at times, blue, she has got you by whatever sad sack you call your nuts.

And I will join her in her condemnation of your overly ignorant statement.

In my experience, not one female I have ever known from teenage to mid 40's has ever been happy with their own perceptions of their bodies for longer than your average commercial break.

My own wife tortures herself, controls food intake like nobody I have ever known, and does so to keep the triple digits of weight she lost off of her scrumptious frame. And I doubt she will ever be happy with any of it for any single length of time.

My 16 year old daughter struggles with the influence from the media and the ignorance perpetuated by people that portray the position you do in such sad statements, and keep in mind, she is 5' 6", 120 lbs soaking wet, legs to her @ss, with long blond hair and blue eyes. Most young girls would scratch her eyes out to have 2 minutes of her beauty, and I hear her talk about being "fat" and needing a "boob job"...and why?

Because a-holes like you made her feel that way by believing that any of these women portrayed in here are the norm.

that's awesome, congratulations. But I believe I said "from what i've seen" and It also seems you've gotten a grasp with your identity so that leaves looks. If you're still seriously concerned with your looks into your 40's and you consider yourself a feminist does that mean your failing feminsm? Do you honestly feel like you have the same degree of insecurities as a 15 or 16 year old girl? I would hope not, but that was clearly and obviously my point. Throwing a tantrum about my opinions is not a mature response, but it does definitely show your female emotional side.

And for the record when I say 'feminist' I am not referring to your everyday 'liberated' woman with a bright mind. I'm referring to the extremist side of feminism which i feel is a disease like cancer.

Caution/Auchtung! :
Do not proceed if you're intimidated, insulted or angry at women who may or may not be beautiful both inside and out.

He's talking about his daughter.

Children are easily influenced and pressured by images that mass media pumps into their fragile egos every f*cking day.

Who'd have thought?

WC, please work on your reading comprehension skills before calling people out.

again, its no wonder you had a hard time with the Deerhunter...

i know he was referring to his daughter, i can read, and say something about what i say for once, you know?

i'm aware that children are influenced, if you dont like the influence, shield them from it, teach them better, thats your responsibility as a parent, or just dont have kids, but please, just dont complain and blame their problems on everyone and everything else. like some thread on osp.
