moisture can collect between rolls and wrinkles resulting in a death warmed over odor strongly resembling that of assrot.

alright wilb. i say if you're going to do it seriously than you must do it 1st, behind the scenes then present it. Alternatively, if its going to be like a continuous online journal or blog then make it funny. If it's not funny and you end f*ing up then you'll look like an id.

Nice to see there are others fighting the same battle, well maybe not. The toll of age seems to be weight for so many. I am weighing in at 225, should be about 185. I know what went wrong and what to do about it, it's just a matter of flipping the switch. Here's my biggest problems: smoking, soda, poor food choices, stress, and lack of exercise.

If you want to loose fat start walking, cause fat burns at a lower metabolic rate than carbs. Of course if you go surfing for 3 hours, it don't matter, your burning everything.

Maybe everyone just needs to surf more. That's my solution, I think i'll see how it works on the wife when I get home.

What ever happened with this? Seems like you posted twice and then stopped,.. did you come to terms with how hard excersize and staying motivated can be? Did you at least quit smoking? Did you gain 50 lbs?
