Blank sources

Postby JMyerz » Tue Mar 17, 2009 5:06 pm

My blank source is gone. Anyone know a local supplier to pick up a blank? I don't want to pay $100 for shipping a blank.

Better yet, anyone want to order blanks with me and split shipping?

Go to the gorge. Hood River. It's where all the magic happens.

I haven't. But i did see a U-Boat model on ebay that is almost three feet long when complete. it's $95, which seems high, but it's very realistic. I think the last model I built was a Sherman Tank when I was in 6th grade.

Sorry to rain on your parade, but Fiberglass Supply is in Burlington, Washington now. Why, I'm not sure.

But, I'll be driving down to Portland in the next month (don't have a date in mind yet) with two blanks -- one for me and one for tippy toes. If you want me to pick one up, let me know via PM and I'll try to cram it in the car.
