If you have a surfboard with one of those multi fin systems and think it would be cool to fill the empty box(es) when there is no fin in it. Do not, DO NOT use one of the Futures 'box fillers' because getting the f@#ker out is a nightmare.

Ahhh yes.

I have a older board with simple "jam in" sidebite system. Tryed to get them out on few occasions but finally surrendered and left them alone

O'Fishl----- Tap it from the back/trailing edge of the fin with a block of wood and rubber mallet or small hammer. Once you get some movement forward pull upward and forward. Rear of the fin should release and come out. The longer they are in, the harder they are to get out due to saltwater and its corrosive nature. A little WD-40 or Pam sprayed on the base and into the box will help loosen it up and dissolve the salt. Lowel

One year later, the real Hot Tip: Sand down the bases of box fillers or little nubster fins to get them in and out of Future boxes easy. It really doesn't take much. Keep power tools away from surfboards, unless absolutely necessary.

Don't waste time fixing dings. Surf your brains out while you can.
