Stoke = 65 dogs on the beach, all running amuck!
Then they find my lunch!

Oh and then there was the time last year that I thought I would toss a rock at the dog as he ran off with my samich, and I ended up slippin and hurling a rock at my board! Damn that warm beer!

Stoke = seeing all the gimmies down at SS paddling out for the first time!

Did I say grimmies?

Watching my son start to figure out how his appendages can all work in unison and propel him across the room, The contrast of warm sun and cold arse water on a glassy day, enjoying stories with good company, watching the stars and enjoying the quiet at night with a beer and cig at my house, clearing that final hill before coming into Newport on a sunny day and seeing nothing but beautiful blue, chokes me up everytime.

The song by Concrete Blonde- scene of a perfect crime. Makes the think of that old Billabong vid with Occy tearing apart those lefts and the great Ronnie Burns. I can close my eyes and remember many of the sessions that followed after watching these segments before a surf.

Also a second stoke for 'Sheed. One of the Blazers biggest mistakes.
