So which is going to be?

Postby Wilbur Kookmeyer » Fri Apr 11, 2008 3:07 pm

Almost every year, more than likely every year, however I lack the materials to back that statement up, the Sandy river and the Clackamas river claim lives.

In most years, it is ealy spring when the first one will strike. My brecollection is that the Sandy is usually the first one to strike.

This usually happens in early Spring, around the first break of good weather.

Sadly, more often than not, it is a young person that falls victim to the cold and unsuspecting fast water.

So...which will it be this year?

The Sandy, or the Clackamas?

Nothing sad about this thread, pure stoke!

Stupidity isn't sad to me and that's what every drowning in early spring is all about, being a real grade A dumbsh*t.
I usually have an inside line on this one since the media is always greenlighting the drowning stories. Smart $ is on high rocks, so gotta go with Clackamas river.
