personally, i am not that convinced by obama. words like "hope" and "change" are not cutting it.

I also kind of agree with Buds comment.
But then again It wouldn't be any different then what every president has done. Just a different race which unfortunately is what scares most people.

Will Obama have a "Black Attack" if he is voted in? Will he "Black Out" and try to kill off the white race? Will the whites be forced into slavery after he fills the house and senate with racists African Americans who want revenge?

All things I have heard in crazy bar talk as of late.

Unfortunately I think there are too many people that will never vote in a women and too many racists to vote in an African American.

Therefore, we are screwed and McCain will somehow come up with magical votes and win.

Did I mention I have lost all hope in the voting system? Especially after how the last two went down.

I understand everyone's concerns about the system, etc. But I've looked at Obama's money, and it's the least (buy a pretty huge margin) dirty. It's mainly been raised by average people giving online. Also, I understand that people think that 'change and hope' is all he's saying, but that's just how the media is framing him. He's got a lot of substance when you listen to interviews, etc.

Beyond that, I believe him just being him, in the whitehouse, having gotten elected without pressure from special interest will be a sea change in and of itself. I wouldn't worry so much about McCain, he's not a strong candidate, and he's largely reviled on the right for so many reasons. People can talk all they want about Obama's inexperience, but hey, I don't really see much in the way of progressive experience from either McCain or Hillary. They're career politicians who spin things to suit them.

Its like a surprise novel where the plot goes crazy in the last 2 pages... We aren't sure how it will happen, but Bush will get voted in for a 3rd term and we will only have Florida to blame.

My wife, a republican, and myself, an independent, have both joined the democratic party to vote for Obama. He's the first politician in my adult lifetime who seems to truly matter in a spiritual, and visceral way. He seems like a genuinely kind human being. I hope I'm not decieved, and that if he is elected he comes around to imprison and annihilate me with his homies , but it sure wouldn't be the first time a politician lied to, and sought to destroy me. Clinton sold me out to the globalists, sending my livelihood and future off to mexico, china, and india so walmart could sell cheaper, and Bush told me he was a Christian right before he dropped bombs into childrens bedroom windows. They've all sucked. Obama is a hope for me, but I'm certainly going into the election with my eyes closed.
