Watched Bella Fleck's 'Throw down your heart' about his trip to Africa to play with prominent musicians. Pretty cool music.

I saw this on Sunday night. Really good and depressing. Makes one think about what kind of meth cookin' is happening in the more remote spots in our state.

If you think you're struggling with life, money, food, etc, watch this film. You'll most likely feel a lot better about your position in life.

Six-string samurai, if you are needing a B film to watch... set in post-apocalyptic Nevada, after the Russians had invaded, one man, one guitar, Nevada needs a king of rock n' roll, will he be the chosen one....

Firefly- probably the only sci-fi western tv series made to date and the movie Serenity to follow/

Shakelton's greatest adventure- documentary and re-creation of Shakelton's heroic voyage through Antartica

Out of Africa- I really love this movie and watch it every year

Four Lions is pretty good if you're looking for a jihad terrorist comedy set in the UK.

I'd like to see a movie about the making of nm's avatar. Big ups to that guy taking the beating.

The Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia

Documentary

A year in the life of the infamous West Virginia White family, including Jesco White (son of D. Ray White) of mountain dancing fame.

Movie is well made and an interesting story.

I have to say though....it was hard to watch these inbred illiterate drug-addicted alcoholic murderers and criminals cheat and steal their way through the social system. They are the poster children for welfare reform.
