Forecast: Sat- NW Swell- 2ft @12 seconds.....

Great day to take the tykes out for a session!!!

Also, couple weeks ago, watched a father son combo in the line-up, they were having a blast, pure stoke for both of them!

I really want to get my 7 y/o in the water- tried to talk him into it this past summer ("see how cool you'd look in a wetsuit?") to no avail. He's a solid swimmer but the cold Oregon ocean is a bit intimidating to him still. Off to the warmer climate of Japan next summer so maybe that will help coax him onto a board.

What an amazing day I had with my boys!
They started off the morning tearing up the bowls at the Cannon Beach skate park.

Then we moved down to SS and the boys suited up. They went out further than they ever have in the past. I was able to push them into some knee high waves which they caught and rode into the beach.

They also practiced paddling out and over some small waves.

They were in the water for over 3 hours. That kind of stoke is hard to beat.
