Anybody play pickleball? I have a little crew that plays at Harvey Scott at night. Let me know if you are PB curious.

The Newport Rec Center has a few decently-attended leagues that get together in the afternoons. Or at least did before COVID. I don't play but it looks like fun for sure.

So much fun, especially for the 50+ crowd. I heard there are some sweet courts down there and over in Tillamook as well. I am contemplating managing a wave park with pickleball courts in my future job. Even thinking about ways to partner with local tribes to bring in new clients while visiting casinos.

Now it will be a pickleball/BJJ/Wave park all in one....little slice of heaven.
We got some great pickleball in down in Encinitas last week, they have the Bobby Riggs tennis center and includes like 40 PB courts. Swing by NE 65 and mason, you will find us playing most nights after 6.

I got my wife a new pickle ball paddle for Christmas. She plays with a group locally. She said she liked it, so I guess Santa did ok this year.

I noticed more and more people playing pickle ball across the street at the school during the pandemic. Might of been because I've been home more than ever, but I think there's been a resurgence? I remember 1st seeing it on family trips Florida as a kid. Anyone ever play racquet ball? Was the rage in the 80's. Had 2 courts in my local park. Was always fun.
