What stoketh thee...

This forum is for SURF topics such as localism and rants that are usually negative in nature. If you're a baby, complainer, or generally think you're right and everyone else is wrong this is the place for you. PLEASE NOTE, all forum rules still apply, but just a little more liberally enforced. Registration is required.

Thanks, N & Ed

In between moments of excitment and feelings of being overwhelmed I'm stoked on dropping in behind the boil, swooping around the foam ball, climbing back up the face, setting a rail, and racing down the line.

well i'm pretty stoked to be alive right now.

just went head first over the handlebars of my bike after being cut off by someone looking for some first thursday parking in downtown portland...

nothing like scraping yourself off the road with everyone staring at you. major thanks to the people who stopped to ask if i was ok and offered their phone #s and a major thanks-for-nothing to the two portland police cars who were less than a block away and did nothing...

anyway, it wasn't near death or anything but its funny how a little incident like that washes away all the petty BS going on. i love you all. peace.

i'm going surfing this weekend, injury free. stoked.

here's some petty BS. what strokes me stokes me. Or, if you's prefer, what stokes me, strokes me.

if it strokes/stokes maybe the internet isn;t the place to express it???

-2 days of super fun waves just when my stoke was about spent.
-tail blocks at the astoria park.
-new wettie from da Finger.
-laying the groundwork at home so the wife and daughter were still speaking to me after it all.
