This forum is for SURF topics such as localism and rants that are usually negative in nature. If you're a baby, complainer, or generally think you're right and everyone else is wrong this is the place for you. PLEASE NOTE, all forum rules still apply, but just a little more liberally enforced. Registration is required.

Rigging up a wide old skate with 169s and softer wheels and hitting Portland's roughest skatespots.... a whole new playground was opened up...
including this little asphalt wave that got steeper as you went along...

That I get to go to Arizona for work and meet up with a high school buddy whom I have not seen in 23 years.
And...possibly hit Big Surf while I am there.

New Jersey drivers. They're the opposite of Oregon drivers. They're fast, aggressive, and will lay into their horn mere milli seconds into a green light if you don't MOVE.

no doubt, my girlfriend was in camden visiting her sister for a few weeks and said she couldn't cross the street on foot if her life depended on it. Said it's all highways and a bunch of a$$holes who are god behind the wheel of a car.

When I go to my fav spot I always smile when I enter Douglas county cause they honor veterans. Lane county welcome signs should say, "We can't subsidize Eugene without you, now pay up."

The Chilean Sea Bass that I ate at a real goombah restaurant last night.
I know it's on the threatened list, but it was already dead and very delicious.

Another sunny dry morning, busting the road bike and ripping to work with the east winds to my back, laying em down at high speeds.
