What pisses me off...........

This forum is for SURF topics such as localism and rants that are usually negative in nature. If you're a baby, complainer, or generally think you're right and everyone else is wrong this is the place for you. PLEASE NOTE, all forum rules still apply, but just a little more liberally enforced. Registration is required.

Gaz is right, most back problems occur in the 30's. Core injuries are teh most common for this age group.

People hating on stand up paddle boards, yeah half the people out there kooks, they're either wave hogs or sit in the middle of the pack and f#$ up and wreck the chance for others to catch waves. Longboarders can be just as much of a menace, but I don't hate them just some of the wave hoggers or the can't catch a wave on a longboard to save my life people. Besides, are you going to hate on standup paddle boards when I've seen the "Mr Pipeline" out at your one and only PC? Or tell Laird that standup paddle boards suck. If I had the money I would buy and ride it one even though I ride a thruster.
