I agree its been entertainment for the last 10 or so years, especially when it washed up on the central coast in my front yard practically. I have to say though, I think they'll get er done this time without to much comedy. Most likely because they are not towing it back out to sea and have you seen the set up?

I've been invloved with this ship wreck from the get go, from working on the oil spill responce team cleaning up to working on the environmental aspect involved in the removal in which the impacts are pretty minimal. More or less it been public access issues. I wish they would tow it somewhere and make an artificial reef though. Not that'd be some good entertainment.

Random run ins at the local bars. Seeing the bartender turn down the music to yell at someone to stop yelling.

Stoked to have acquired a nice track of land up in the mountains...as the crow flies it is about 26 miles inland, but the time it takes to drive the canyon with all of the one lane sections and numerous rock slides is about 40-45 minutes. My girlfriend and I have spent the last month remodeling the cabin. Once we move in our plan is to start clearing the land to eventually develop a commercial melon farm. Stoked to eventually move in and enjoy livin' so close to the river for great stealhead fishing and the abundant game available to hunt.
